Scarboro Avenue Residence
This is a 2800 square-foot family home with a walk out basement built in Scarboro, one of Calgary’s oldest communities in the downtown Beltline. The parameters of this home were to be contemporary, to fit with the community, to be open to the views of parkland, the downtown and Nose Hill Park, and to serve well for entertaining and hanging artwork. The two story open loft spaces, exposed central stairwell, interior balconies, stained glass windows and striking colour feature walls make this home a wonderful, vibrant family living space. The contractor on the project was Barham Contracting Ltd with whom we have completed many projects. Quite simply, Fred is the best - quality, integrity, craftsmanship, and a great team player.
