Ierakidis Palazzo
A 6-unit apartment building built in the 60’s was totally renovated in and out to give it a contemporary look with very contemporary living units. The materials chosen are warm and natural and there is a long colour feature wall dividing the bedrooms from the main Living Room, Kitchen and Entry to each suite. All systems were replaced with aspects of the kitchen bathrooms, laundry, and balconies redone.
