A 50 unit senior citizens residence located in Hillhurst Sunnyside in an area with numerous medium density condos and apartments. Harvey and Kim sought to address the qualities of some of the old homes that the residents were leaving such as the wrap around porch, warm natural materials and lots of sunlight through the generous windows.The client was Alberta Housing Corporation
